Refund policy

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return your BackTalk sign within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. It must be unused and in its original packaging with all the parts (panel, cable, remote and mounting tape).

How to start a return

  1. Email backtalksupply@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Please don't post items back without contacting us first, as we can't process returns sent to the wrong address. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is paid by you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your sign arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay anything to send it back. Often we won't need it back at all.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, or approved your claim, we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show it. Original shipping was free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

Shipping Protection claims

If you added Shipping Protection and your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, email us within 30 days of the delivery date (or of the expected delivery date if it never arrived) with your order number. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund of your order. The Shipping Protection fee itself is not refundable once your order has shipped.

Black Friday and sale items

Items bought in our Black Friday sale or at any discounted price can be returned on the same terms as full-price items. Bundle orders can be partly returned. We'll refund what you paid for the returned items, taking the bundle discount into account.

Customers in the UK and EU

You also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy already covers this. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've sent it). These statutory rights are in addition to this policy and are not affected by it.

Exchanges

Want a different size? Email us and we'll swap it. Return the original as above and we'll ship the new size free. If the new size costs more, we'll ask you to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
