Shipping policy

Free shipping, worldwide
Every BackTalk order ships free with tracking, wherever you are. No minimum spend.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days. We check, pack and hand your order to the carrier.
- Shipping: 7–14 business days after it leaves us.
So most orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks of ordering. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods like Black Friday and the holidays, carriers can run a few days behind.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement while the parcel is scanned into the carrier's network. That's normal.
Multiple items
If you order more than one sign, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders to the US and UK are not normally charged import fees. For other countries, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are the buyer's responsibility.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships. We can't change an address once an order has been handed to the carrier.
Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and around your property, then email us within 30 days of the delivery date. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Orders with Shipping Protection get a free replacement or full refund if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. See our Refund Policy for how to claim. Where the law makes us responsible for your parcel until it's delivered, we'll always put things right whether or not you added Shipping Protection.
